1) Due to health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been shipped out. The only exception to this is if we have made a shipping error or if the product you receive is defective or damaged.

2) If you wish to cancel your order, kindly contact us immediately. Cancellations are accepted for orders that are still on process and have not been shipped out. Once the order has been shipped out, cancellation is no longer be accepted.

3) To request for return or cancellation, kindly contact us via WhatsApp or send an email to sales@aliyaperfumes.com and we will get in touch with you as soon as possible. Please remember to include the following information in your email: name, contact number, order number, and proof of wrong or damaged item for return (for returns).
